Along with the master of the funk rhythm himself, Frankie 'Kash' Waddy, PD's true cousin,
the original drummer for Bootsy's Rubber Band and the present drummer for all the P-Funk bands.
In Fact it was Frankie who named the band M.C. Funk, for my cuzz'ins funk, to give this group it's
legitimate funk bloodline straight from the main source, funkmaster George Clinton himselfM.C. Funk also has special guests that are known to play with the band when they are in town, like Robert 'P-Nut' Johnson, another original member of Bootsy's Band and a present member of P-Funk. You just never know who might show up to play when M.C Funk is on the bill! So come check us as we play around town just hoppin' n boppin' n' thrown' the funk down. P-UUU!
